You have to be physically present at the delivery address in order to collect your lunchbox (es).
In case of your unavailability, you are supposed to keep us informed about where and to whom we can deliver the lunchboxes at least 24 hours in advance.
Any last minute changes will be considered based on possibility yet we do not guarantee delivery in case of change of address.
In case of delivery at your workplace and we are denied entrance, you need to give prior acknowledgement to deliver to security.
We do not practice any returns so that we do not take back the lunch box delivered under any circumstances.
We do not practice any refunds either.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, charges will be deducted by Day pack charges+GST+cancellation charges will be applicable.
In case of any damage in packaging, we will provide compensation.
We do not practice cancellations either.
We guarantee on time delivery. However if the delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances we don’t offer compensation or refund.
We guarantee safe shipping of your lunchboxes without any damage. If the damage is incurred by the customer, you must provide the damage cost.
